At the Rockgrove Vineyard, Amy, Steve, and Rosie find Henk waiting for them in a private dining room after they have just managed to lose Eddie. Henk immediately says he is armed, but he insists he has not come to kill Amy. Instead, Henk says the gun is for protection because he believes Amy is involved in the murders and intends to hand her over to the authorities.

Henk questions Amy about the tree where a body was displayed, implying that she could be responsible. Amy pushes back and points out that Henk has been aggressively trying to find her, while Steve asks why Henk thinks Amy is guilty. Henk explains that, after clients at Maximum Impact Solutions began getting arrested, he concluded that someone inside the company had been feeding information to François Loubet. Henk says that information could only have come from him or Jeff Nolan, and he insists it was not him.

Amy resists the accusation because Jeff had been Henk’s close friend, but Henk says that friendship is exactly why his conclusion was so painful. When Steve suggests that others, such as Susan Knox, might also have accessed the files, Henk produces an envelope containing the master client files from Maximum Impact. According to Henk, the records show that Jeff personally recruited Jackson Lynch, Courtney Lewis, Mark Gooch, Bella Sanchez, and Andrew Fairbanks, and that Jeff also recruited every other client who later worked assignments for Vivid Viral Media.

This evidence makes Jeff look deeply implicated in Loubet’s smuggling operation. Henk states his full theory openly: Jeff was working directly with François Loubet, and Amy acted as Jeff’s enforcer or "soldier." Henk says he does not yet know why Jeff and Amy would have killed the various victims, but he is convinced that they did.

The accusation leaves the table in tense silence until Steve shifts the conversation. Rather than let the confrontation explode, Steve says that no one is to kill anyone for the next twenty-four hours because the four of them are supposed to attend a pub quiz the next night at The Brass Monkey. Steve asks to examine Henk’s files, and Henk warns that copies exist. Steve then ends the meeting by saying it is time to go home because there is someone he needs them all to meet, signaling that he has a next step in mind.
