Ogun is summoned in a lightning strike into the newly repaired shrine room, and Carl learns the deity is invulnerable on this floor. Carl and Princess Donut consider fleeing with Plan Exit, but Ogun focuses on his marked worshippers, Paz and Anton, blaming them for unleashing his sister back into the light. Sister Ines tries to defend them, but Ogun freezes her with a Shelved debuff and shatters her trident.

Ogun grabs Paz’s face, halting the health loss only long enough to strip Paz of divine grace and make the anti-healing punishment permanent, then lets Paz’s health start falling again. Enraged, Carl steps forward, curses Ogun, and tries to save Anton by casting Black Nimbus to remove Anton’s worshipper status, then uses healing scrolls on both men. Ogun explains the spell only removes mercy, not wrath, and then kills Anton by stepping on his head, warning Carl to tell “my sister” welcome back before vanishing.

After Ogun leaves, Carl rushes to Paz and realizes the burn and debuff cannot be healed. As Carl’s SlugPox boils keep popping and spawning increasingly dangerous slugs (which Mongo eats), Paz explains that Ogun once cured everything except Paz’s Inevitable debuff, and that the “fix” was only promised at the end. Paz then warns Carl to be careful around Sister Ines, claiming her race has a “Toxo plasma” ability that subtly compels people to like and protect her, and that victims forget the warning soon after learning it.

Paz adds that Sister Ines has a violent past: before the dungeon she was imprisoned for poisoning the nuns in her convent, earning the nickname “El Segador de La Habana,” and that Anton killed their teammate Elian after breaking free of her influence. Carl debates whether to kill Sister Ines for safety, but rejects it and decides instead to separate from her and warn others about her past and charm-like ability.

As Paz nears death and refuses further potions, Sister Ines unfreezes, panics, and tries to force him to keep fighting. When Paz insists on letting go, Sister Ines abruptly uses a flag to convert Paz into a common green card, shocking everyone. Immediately after, the system announces that Yemaya and Eileithyia have appeared in the realm, signaling escalating divine involvement.
