Katarina is worn down by the trip and by having to watch Bella and Heath together, especially after learning they stayed in Japan together after the NHK Trophy.

On the way to her room, Katarina briefly humors a hotel elevator attendant’s question about the Olympics, though internally she is certain she and Garrett will qualify.
