Overview

Bob Miller confrontted Sarah Morgan at the house, accusing her of orchestrating his affair with missing woman Stacy Howard via the Morgan Foundation. The argument escalated until Summer entered, forcing Bob to calm down before leaving with her. Bob remained convinced Sarah set him up and vowed the conflict was not over.

Summary

From Bob Miller’s point of view, he arrived at the house he once shared with Sarah Morgan and fixated on the belief that Sarah engineered his downfall. He connected Stacy Howard’s appearance on the Morgan Foundation’s payroll to a gala six months earlier and to staffing for his firm’s partner celebration, interpreting it as a deliberate test or trap devised by Sarah.

Inside the house, Bob saw Alejandro Perez working on the deck and criticized Sarah for hiring a “criminal.” Sarah replied that Alejandro was reformed and part of the Morgan Foundation’s successful program. The conversation turned to their divorce, with Bob demanding a “second chance,” and Sarah stating he would get that with his next wife.

Bob pressed Sarah about when she decided to divorce him, insisting she knew before his infidelity and accusing her of hiring Stacy to seduce him. He revealed he had learned Stacy worked a Morgan Foundation gala and was paid as an event model. Sarah denied involvement, explaining she does not handle event staffing and that Anne and Anne’s assistant manage such hires.

Bob escalated, accusing Sarah of setting him up out of jealousy or to punish him for taking the partner position. Sarah maintained that Bob’s own actions had consequences and denied any role in hiring Stacy for him. Bob’s rage peaked; he slammed his fist into the countertop hard enough to injure his hand, while fantasizing violence, before demanding again that Sarah admit to plotting against him.

Summer entered, frightened by Bob’s shouting. Bob quickly softened, told Summer it was a minor argument, and sent her outside. Summer hugged Sarah and left for the day with Bob.

Before departing, Bob warned Sarah that “this isn’t over.” Sarah replied that it was over, though Bob perceived uncertainty in her voice and concluded the conflict was only beginning.
