As the cruise nears its end, Xavier texts his friends for post-cruise date ideas, rejecting food and movies in favor of a place where they can talk. Chris sends a link to a late-night miniature golf and arcade venue called Mother Putters, which Xavier chooses despite personally disliking such places. When Samantha returns, she mentions meeting Renegade, an elderly Pomeranian in the women’s bathroom, and agrees enthusiastically to miniature golf.

Before going, Xavier asks to stop at his apartment to change because he is still damp from diving after Samantha’s phone.
