Sevro erupts from a drugged coma into the bunker battle, frantic but focused. He arms himself, tramples the pinned Jackal, and joins Darrow, Mustang, and Cassius against Aja. Using a pulseFist and razors, the four encircle Aja and systematically wound her, forcing blood and mobility loss until she finally bleeds.

Driven by vengeance for Quinn, Ragnar, and Mars, they hamstring Aja, sever her arm, and Sevro drives both razors into her chest before beheading her. With Aja dead, they move on Octavia and Lysander. Sevro restrains the Jackal, while Lysander, spattered with his grandmother’s blood, briefly bars their way, then surrenders his razor.

Octavia asks Cassius why he turned. Cassius produces a holocube showing the Bellona family’s slaughter orchestrated by the Jackal with Octavia’s complicity, condemning her abandonment of honor. He rejects the Society’s creed and invokes hope, remembering Julian.

Darrow adds holocubes of his Triumph’s murders and Rhea’s nuclear destruction. As Octavia watches, Darrow speaks of judgment; Octavia insists her deeds were necessary sacrifices to rule and warns that without order they will break the worlds. Mustang pities her; Cassius believes a better order is possible.

Octavia’s final plea is to stop Adrius. She dies, and Darrow closes her eyes. Dread replaces triumph as the Jackal begins to laugh, signaling the next danger.
