Explosive decompression rips through the Donnager cabin, decapitating Shed Garvey. Naomi Nagata and Amos Burton improvise patches with a binder and tray, then seal them with an emergency glue gun. With air stabilized but limited, Holden assigns tasks: Naomi to extend emergency air, Alex Kamal to signal survivors via bulkhead, and Amos to restore comms. Holden covers Shed’s body and regains focus.

The comm crackles to life and Lieutenant Kelly arrives with marines, creating a makeshift airlock and issuing vac suits. Kelly orders an immediate evacuation to an escape craft, admitting the Donnager is being boarded and they are losing. The team moves through vacuum toward the keel elevators, planning to float down the shaft to the hangar.

At the sealed elevator bank, a bypass opens the outer doors. An ambush erupts; Mole is cut down by high-explosive fire. Gomez tears open the elevator, and Kelly shoves Holden’s team inside as Dookie remains to cover their retreat. They descend the shaft in microgravity toward the hangar.

Kelly targets a corvette between them and their old ship, the Knight. Gomez scouts and reports half a dozen boarders with powered armor and heavy weapons near the ships. Kelly orders a sprint-and-shoot escape: Gomez provides deceptive, shifting suppressive fire while Holden, Naomi, Alex, Amos, and Kelly push off toward the corvette.

As they cross the bay, Gomez’s cover fire drops enemies but draws a heavy response that kills him in an explosion. Moments later, a missile trail intersects Kelly, killing him in a flash. The survivors continue their midair dash toward the corvette under fire, their escape uncertain.
