- Brock and Struan fighting with maces on a hill
- Brock observes Struan climbing the hill from an abandoned temple
- Struan carrying a mace and Brock carrying a mace and a knife
- Brock asks Struan if he is responsible for the escape of some boys and the duel with Gorth
- Struan admits to this and drops his mace
- Brock and Struan begin circling each other and fighting with their maces
- Brock accuses Struan of lying and Struan swears on God that he is telling the truth
- Struan says Gorth gave Culum an aphrodisiac and paid for a sick woman in a brothel to be with him to ruin Culum's life
