Under the scrutiny of the Moon Lords, Lysander unlocks the safe. Seraphina retrieves items from his box and extracts a holodrop hidden in Karnus’s razor hilt. As Dido promises to submit to an Olympic Trial, she addresses the assembly, claiming her coup preserves the law and introducing the evidence.

The holovid plays: a grisly aftermath on a captured bridge, Obsidian mutilations, and Sefi kneeling with warriors as two Golds—Victra au Julii and Darrow—prepare the Colossus. Victra orders the bombardment that annihilates the Dockyards of Ganymede, revealing the Rising, not Roque, destroyed them.

Fury spreads through the chamber. Lysander recognizes Darrow’s ruthless calculus and concludes the Reaper must die to protect mankind. Dido declares the Pax Ilium broken and calls for war. Helios and the Olympic Knights endorse it, razors raised; the Moon Lords follow. Seraphina, satisfied, lifts her razor and softly declares war, directing it at Lysander.
