Sol Guards flood the shower block as Fig assesses seven naked intruders with scarred, pressure-sealed skin and oversized heads. When the smallest creature stirs, Fig shoots it, but it laughs through a gut wound. An electronic surge kills the lights, gravity cuts out, and the berserkers spring their attack.

In the strobing chaos, the six larger intruders arm themselves and butcher the Sol Guards in null gravity. Paxton fires but is seized by the small intruder, who eats his throat. Lyria drifts blind until Volga finds her and calmly directs Lyria to retrieve a hidden thigh knife and cut her restraints. Across the compartment, Fig duels the attackers, already having decapitated one.

As the smallest intruder rallies the others, Volga shoves Lyria into the hall. Fig’s device detonates, igniting the bay and blowing open the hull. Decompression rips bodies and attackers into space; Lyria barely clings to torn metal and grabs Volga’s hair to keep them from being swept out. Fig survives, crawling along the hull to escape. Outside, hundreds more cable-bound invaders saw into Pandora’s green hull before the ship’s scale armor plates slide into place and seal the breach.

With the breach closed but no pressure or oxygen restored, emergency red lights flicker. Volga tries to reach the impaled Sol Guard captain but passes out. As darkness creeps in, Lyria forces herself toward the pinned soldier, desperate to find any means to keep them alive amid a ship-wide boarding.
