Rejecting a drone strike, Logan studies the layouts, then leads a water approach into flooded Lower Manhattan. At Fulton, SWAT confirms IR-shielded floors; four teams stage on stairwells while Logan requests a head start.

To avoid traps, Logan free-climbs the glass facade and breaches the ninth floor with a C-4 charge, patching a lacerated arm. Edwin warns JTF-Black is taking over and inbound by helicopter; Logan ditches comms and ascends, finding stairwells barricaded with concertina wire and claymores. He reaches the 34th floor as a Black Hawk is shot down outside, then enters a live lab and spots Kara and guard Madeline Ortega. Under fire, he uses a breach charge to kill Ortega, deduces Kara’s escape route, and pursues upward.

Logan nonlethally disables SWAT officers Noyes and Brandes, then tracks Kara through the stairwells while stealthing past upgraded guards Deshawn Brown and Rodney Viana. On 44, Kara sprints for an open window with a BASE rig and a bag of auto-injectors.
